Waited 35 minutes for our food before we decided that we didn't have any more time and had to ask for our money back. Two weeks later, still do not have money back. Would rate 0 or negative stars if those were an option.
Rude service and ecspected us to share a honey mustard for two 3 piece chicken strip meals. Lady acted like the tiny thing of honey mustard was coming out of her check. And the food was cold and soggy. We come to Orange City alot and will NEVER eat there again!!!!!
Went to drive through for a bacon cheeseburger....3 miles down the road opened bag and guess what NO BACON on my cold burger. If I could give 0 stars and post I would have

I went today, tried the drive through, no response. When I tried to go through the main entrance an employee frantically locked the door before I got there. Since it was still during working hours I tried calling the store number, with no response. As I was walking to my car someone opened the drive-thru and offered me this well-worded explanation for why the store was closed. "Sorry Bro, our machine is broken." I am (was) a customer and would really prefer to be treated with some level of professionalism. Wouldn't even say what machine it was. Yeah, I'm not going back.
