This outfit totally FAILS at customer service. I can't even imagine how they conduct themselves with clients.
It is incredulous to me that she would allow no one to take my call. She at least could have offered to take my number, discussed it with an attorney and had someone call me back at a later time.
Hopefully they have a huge list of customers and a big backlog of "suits" pending and don't have the need for "new business."
She informed me that they were unable to give free advice and would only speak with me if I made an appointment to speak with them in person.

I told her I was calling from out of State and I was not in the market for free advice but needed to speak with a lawyer regarding my problem. She insisted that the only way I could speak with an attorney was if I made an appointment...
