I went in for my annual teeth cleaning and exam. I was greeted with smiles and the hygienist, Joan, promptly ushered me into her operatory. The cleaning was the most thorough I have ever had and she carefully charted everything to make sure that accurate records were maintained. She also educated me on proper oral maintenance through brushing, flossing, and diet. The dentist appeared and during my examination they both conferred on the condition of my teeth. It was a truly professional team effort. The dentist had a very gentle and kind touch, made light conversation, and plans were made for some minor repair work after Christmas. The booking with the front desk went smoothly and efficiently. I left with a brand new toothbrush and toothpaste. The office is brand new and well located with room for lots of parking. This was a very good dental experience.
Just had a tooth filled this morning. The new facility is great, the staff are fantastic, and Dr. Joiner is calm, patient, caring, and most importantly, really good at what he does!
