They measured my fiancé's bridal dress wrong and it didn't fit right. They offered no help with alterations or discount for the hassle. We figured after buying 5 bridesmaids dresses and a wedding gown we'd get a little customer service. I wouldn't recommend this shop if you want good customer service.
Love this place! Such a great atmosphere and the family that runs it is fabulous!!! I could not have asked for a more helpful group to find my perfect gown, veil, bridesmaid dresses, and jewelry! They are all so friendly and kind. They never pressured me and made the entire process so fun and exciting! The dresses are so elegant and beautiful, I don't know how you could not find your perfect dress at Chrysalis. I'd highly recommend checking it out for any style you have in mind!

They went above and beyond making my appointment special. They listened to my likes and dislikes and helped me find the dress that fit my personality and venue perfectly. The store is lovely and such great selection. Customer service and style advice was through the roof!
Such a lovely shop! My sisters and I buy all of our prom and homecoming dresses here. Go here if you want to feel like a princess.
